Refund policy

A deposit of 50% of your total booking fee is required to secure your booking. Once we have confirmed your booking by email you will be sent a link to pay your deposit online through our secure payment gateway. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer or by card over the phone, please let us know and we will send you details.

The deposit is non-returnable unless you cancel your booking at least 28 days before your expected arrival date. For group bookings, please note that deposits will not be returned for members not arriving.
